Manny will serve as the field manager for the 2025 Monterey Amberjacks. In 2024 Manny was pitching coach in Hagerstown in the Atlantic League. Manny served as 2022 Field Manager for Martinez Sturgeon. Manny was the closer for the Colorado Rockies in their historic World Series Run of 2017. Manny was one of Panama's main pitchers in the inaugural World Baseball Classic in 2006. He appeared in every major International Tournament with Panama from 2006-2019.
